"Travis was exceptional! He was on time, respectful of property, communicated well, worked fast. The appointment was only two days after I called and that was only because I was not available the next day. My repair was done in one visit for a fair price. The service call charge was applied to the total charge. I had called one other repair service who had done warranty work for me recently, but they could not come for a week, would not apply service charge to related repairs, and their baseline quote was higher than my total charge from A Appliance. I would call them again if I needed appliance repair."

"Automatic Climate came out on time and confirmed the diagnosis: faulty pressure switch. The part had to be ordered, so they performed a bypass of the switch to ensure that I had heat for the few days until the pressure switch arrived. That was very helpful. The new switch arrived a week later and was installed, restoring my service to normal. All good. I have been impressed with the technicians that have visited my home. Courteous and prompt. My only hitch was with the bill. I didn't have an issue with the initial $89 service call/diagnosis fee. Rather, it was the subsequent $525 for replacement of the pressure switch that I thought was high. It took an hour. And coincidentally, my home's other furnace went out the following week with the same error code indicated: faulty pressure switch. I didn't think I could take another $525 hit, so I looked and found the switch for sale for $75 and replaced it myself with a successful result. It was a simple, quick repair. I think Automatic Climate's charge to repair my first furnace was excessive. I will reiterate that I was pleased with all other aspects of my experience, and maybe I'm out of touch with the real costs of doing business, but the pricing would make me hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors."
