A Appliance Repair

Not the same company that it used to be from my experience. The owner worked on our dishwasher, could not fix it, did not put the suspected broken parts back on the dishwasher and claimed he left them inside of it. Another company came to diagnose the issue and realized 2 critical parts were completely missing and could not do anything. I am now stuck with a dishwasher missing parts that cant be repaired or diagnosed and the owner refuses to acknowledge responsibility for the missing parts even though he was the only one to even touch them. I received a weak sorry and now no responses back from the owner about replacing those missing parts. The appliance was left worse off than when they came to fix it and he is passing blame and accountability on to me. The office staff tried to tell me that the issue could still be diagnosed without the missing Control Board. The owner will not respond now and has left us high and dry.

Travis was exceptional! He was on time, respectful of property, communicated well, worked fast. The appointment was only two days after I called and that was only because I was not available the next day. My repair was done in one visit for a fair price. The service call charge was applied to the total charge. I had called one other repair service who had done warranty work for me recently, but they could not come for a week, would not apply service charge to related repairs, and their baseline quote was higher than my total charge from A Appliance. I would call them again if I needed appliance repair.

Prompt response. Travis knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. He had the part on his truck and was able to complete the repair very efficiently. Pricing seemed fair.

The receptionist did not convey my voice mail message to the tech who was scheduled to come out on a Sat. Morning. I left a message with my model numbers, and he never got the message. Fortunately he happened to have the parts on his truck and did not have to reschedule. Derek, the tech, was on time and work efficiently and fixed my washer and microwave in less than an hour.

The company was prompt. The technician was knowable about my appliance. Even though he was not able to repair my microwave I would use them again for my other appliances.

This company swiftly came to repair my backed up dishwasher. Craig came out and he was very pleasant and had things fixed in a jiffy. The only turn off was his MAGA (Make America Great Again) hat plopped proudly on his dashboard, ha ha. If that is important to you, you may want to reconsider your choice of service providers. I marked a 3 for value because it literally was took him 3 minutes to fix it and the call was $90 bucks.

Wade showed up at scheduled time. Promptly diagnosed the problem and made repairs as soon as parts came in. Reasonable charges. He also works on all Samsung appliances

My appliance could not be repaired, the repairman explained that it would cost to much to repair, I thank him for his honesty.

Very friendly and got right to work. He found the problem and fixed it. He showed me the part that was clogged then he put everything back together.

Had dishwasher repaired. Had a small leak the following day. called and repair person came back that day to take care of it.

Possibility of GE Dishwasher repair was requested. Even though I had model and serial number, company would not tell me if the replacement part I described and needed was available. Insisted an in home visit was necessary. Handyman who was sent out did not seem knowledgeable and had to call in to ask if a replacement part was available. It was not, which the company could have told me on my initial call. But rather than being honest, the company chose to withhold that information so it could charge me for a service call. In addition, I was told that the service call would be $65.00. Upon leaving the Handyman quoted us a price of $90.00 for the service call. When my husband questioned the amount, the handyman relented and said, well alright, if that's what you were told. I cannot recommend this repair service!

Had to explain my repair problem multiple times: when I made the request on line; when the scheduler made the appointment; and when the repairman called to say he was en route. Internal communication problem.
