So I had about 5 estimates for my 1750 sq (appx 2250 sq ft roof) ranch house that I just purchased and started full reno, the price range was $10500 to $18000 with all the bells and whistles. A-Plus, Chris, was one of the pro that gave me all the options and reasonable price. Chris also advised time frame that could be done and expect delay when there are weather issue. Their team showed up on the day, and did all the roof in one day, they were like a machine. great workmanship, there were few days of heavy raining, so far no leaks that I noticed.

They Improperly installed TPO. Ripped off wooden siding without our consent. Damaged metal wrap, siding and j channel as well . Did not install ice shield or Drip edge per Va Code. Owner wanted a NDA signed and to wipe his hands of the job verse fixing it correctly and doing the right thing.

I met with Billy and he gave me a very detailed explanation of the job with no tricks or hidden costs. He was prompt, professional and always available to answer any questions. His team arrived at my house at 8am and was finished my roof and cleaned up by 3:30 pm as promised. Now I have a beautiful roof and I have already recommended their outstanding service to a friend.

Buyer Beware!!! MY ROOF WAS COMPLETED 3/5/2020.... GOOD WORK PERFORMED; HOWEVER I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO DO YOUR RESEARCH AND HOMEWORK! GET YOUR OWN INSPECTION AND VERIFY ALL EXTRA COST AND WORKED PERFORMED PRIOR TOO.... HAVE YOUR WORKERS SHOW YOU PROOF OF SO CALLED EXTRA COST ITEMS.. I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR WOOD REPLACEMENT LUCKILY I TOOK MY OWN PICTURES FOR MY OWN REFERENCE AND MY INVOICE WAS PADDED TO UP-CHARGE ME FOR A VENT (UPGRADED MODIFICATION ONLY REQUIRED FOR A MANUFACTURE WARRANTY WHICH I DID NOT PURCHASE) I DID NOT REQUEST OR APPROVE OF THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED ON THE CONTRACT AS A BOX TO CHECK BY THE CUSTOMER TO AGREE THAT ADDED AMOUNT OF $420.00 IS ACCEPTABLE AND CUSTOMER WISHES TO BUY THE WARRANTY !!!!. In an attempt to remedy the situation, we deducted the cost of the ridge vent from your invoice and as a result it was installed free of charge. Regarding the amount of wood that was replaced, Howard's offer to confirm the amount which was replaced by documenting the new pieces from the attic still stands. We always aim to exceed our customer's expectations and we are sorry that removing all the items in question from your invoice was not satisfactory."

The gutter crew at A Plus Roofing did an excellent job on my gutters which were ripped from the house during a "wind event". They even came back and redid a downspout to accommodate a new rain barrel my wife wanted. I opted for the Gutterdome gutter guards and they were worth every penny. I have had multiple DIY gutter guards over the last 20 years they always failed or broke. Since these were installed they have performed flawlessly for over 2 years. The gutter system still looks brand new.

Left my roof unprotected in the rain after stating they would only remove what they could complete in a day, also, requested that their employees where fall protection and they did not. Can not take them at their word even if it is in the contract

Integrity! I received a quote and never felt pushed. It took me 6 months to decide and Terry went above and beyond. I am writing this review and my roof is two years old now. I never have had one problem. The new roof is saving my windows. Or should I say the gutters (they have a guy! He was phenomenal ! You won't be sorry. I suggest Terry

Billy arrived to look at the existing roof and give me a quote. After inspecting the roof, gutters and trim damage, he quoted me a price that was half of what a big box store previously quoted me. Billy was extremely professional, attentive and answered all of my questions. I signed the contract. He said the job would be completed within 4 weeks. They actually arrived within 2 weeks and completed the roof within 1 day. The roofers worked quickly and skillfully. They were very polite. I am extremely satisfied with the overall job. I would definitely recommend A Plus Roofing.

Company rep responded quickly and provided fair estimate. Work was scheduled soon after I approved estimate. Roof removed and replaced as scheduled. Very fine job. Everyone was courteous and professional. No complaints. Would hire again. (Another "top-rated" company I contacted was too busy to even come out and give me an estimate until after A-Plus Roofing had already completed my job!)

They did a great job! They were punctual and finished my roof in two days in the hottest month of the year! We had a large roof with many pitches. They were always nice, respectful, and worked very hard. The owner was always responsive via phone, email and texts.

It went very well, we called and Billy called us right back. He came over at the time he said he was going to be there. We discussed what we needed with Billy and got a price quote of which he did stick to. The guys were out with in a day or two did there job in a timely matter. Billy checked in with us every day and was here at least once a day, We very very impressed with Billy and his crew. Everything was cleaned up and the house looks so good

Great! Workers were very professional. They obviously knew their job and they went about their work in an efficient manner. Care was taken to avoid unnecessary damage to lawn and plantings. Clean up was thorough. Work was completed in a timely fashion. All of our concerns were addressed fully and professionally. Billy Kain was very low key in his sales pitch to us which we much appreciated. He was very responsive to our every question or concern and we feel he and his crew did an excellent job for us. We would be happy to hire A Plus Roofing again!
