"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"I bought an Ikea armoire and wanted it to match my bedroom furniture. I was told that it was difficult to make changes particularly painting Ikea furniture. I was pleasantly surprised when Metropolitan restoration Center offered me a reasonable price and more than delivered. Saying I'm pleased is not enough for the results. "It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.

"Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!
