"We were to Flood Crew from our property management company, and found their reviews on Angie’s List. The crew arrived on time, did a great job, and our carpet’s look like new."

"Very professional and a beautiful job on my remodel. I highly recommend."

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"Jake and his team were great. They installed as agreed and did so in a professional manner. The project took a couple of days but they held to their word and did everything well. Very customer focused and will work until you are happy. Highly recommend."

"Carlos and his team were amazing! They installed a new Ikea kitchen and they did not cut and corners. They were professional, efficient and did quality work. Very happy with their service and happier with how my new kitchen turned out. Highly recommend!"

"It went very, very well. Mr. Wayland was polite, professional and very personable. He showed great knowledge in all areas
regarding the different projects .He did an outstanding job with everything. He was very tidy and conscientious. Very reasonable
in his prices. I am now going to contract him to stain and repair my deck and build  wood siding around my chimney, I know it will
look great !"

"It was wonderful working with Chris/Castlewood.  They worked weekends, late night, extreme cold weather and pouring rain to make sure that the only bathroom in my home was functional.  Chris understood my needs and kept the budget under control.  I come from a building background and this house restoration has been a long-term, partial do it yourself project.  I've hired other service providers in the past and was never happy with the work done, often having to hire new contractors before finally giving up and doing the work myself.

Chris/Castlewood is the first time I have been pleased with a contractor/service provider.  Chris understood my willingness and desire to do certain work on my own and also understood the constraints of my skills and adapted his own scope of work to keep me involved.  The cost of the work was exactly what I expected.  No surprise invoices that doubled and tripled the prices quoted by past (fired) contractors.

I will be using Chris/Castlewood for all future projects in the house.   If the floor replacement and kitchen remodel I'll be doing later this year turn out half as well as the bathroom repair I'll be an extremely pleased owner of a restored antique home."

"Everything went perfect with my project and I would hiring him again."

"Highly Recommend - Excellent Builder! Oldaker services did an outstanding job building our home! From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and they kept us informed throughout the process. The project was completed on time and within budget. Wayne is a reliable and skilled builder!"
