"My wife and I purchased a charming brick ranch home from the 1970s with dreams of transforming it into our ideal living space. Our first project was opening up the kitchen/family room to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall—definitely not a DIY job. We posted our project on Angie’s List and were soon contacted by Isai Huezo, owner of Huezo’s Construction LLC. Isai visited us the next day, and his estimate was so reasonable that we eagerly hired them on the spot. On Monday, a professional crew of four, led by a foreman, arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and got straight to work. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite, keeping the work area immaculate during the demolition. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. The porch featured custom wiring for lights, a ceiling fan, and outdoor floodlights, with a stunning tongue-and-groove pine ceiling stained in a glossy walnut finish. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and the crew's professionalism and courtesy made the entire experience a delight. Encouraged by their success, we tackled our outdated 1970s kitchen next. Isai returned to vent and wire the microwave, install LED lighting, and add a sconce light. He even refinished the ceiling and windows. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. Huezo Construction exceeded our expectations in every way with their exceptional craftsmanship, incredible value, and the wonderful camaraderie we developed with Isai and his crew. We just can't say enough good things about Jose and his company.  He was by far the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of working with.   Jose is a true professional, and did the most beautiful job with the tile (shower and floor), he really is an artist.   The installation was perfect, and the bathroom looks amazing.  

Jose was fast, honest, fair, professional, polite and respectful of my home and my family, clean and neat while working, and highly skilled at bathroom renovation (especially tile).    Jose responded right away to my request for an estimate, and we told him we needed the job done quickly because we were expecting out of town guests.  He started the job within a few days, and completed the whole thing in less than a week.  (I couldn't believe how fast he was).  He showed great care to protect/cover my furniture and floors.  He always arrived on time.  He kept all of the work areas neat and clean.  And, did I mention that the tile was installed perfectly?, as was the vanity, granite countertop, vessel sink and new faucet. 

We thought his price was fair and reasonable, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

This is a company that honestly cares about doing a good job, and knows how to do it right.  From the beginning, we knew we had found the right contractor, and are so happy we discovered Jose.  We will be asking him to do our next bathroom remodel, and would highly recommend this company.

"Corelot has remodeled our small half bath. The bathroom downstairs they remodeled is now the largest, best bathroom in our house. They turned a tiny half-bath into a large bathroom with bath tub, two sinks, and linen closet. They installed a beautiful sink and cabinet with matching lighting and cabinet. All work was done very professionally, in a timely manner. Along with this remodeling they also remodeled a bedroom adjoining this bathroom into a kitchen/ brew room for us. They built shelving for us that has stored everything needed for home brewing and kitchen needs. After finishing these two jobs they painted the entire downstairs. The last thing that was completed was the installation of wood floor throughout the house. I was kept informed about all work being done and was contacted constantly about how I felt about the work that had been done or was being completed. All of this work was completed between Sept.6, 2016 and Oct. 14, 2016. Pricing was very reasonable, all questions were answered, Jeremiah gave recommendations that were fantastic, every aspect of this job was perfect! I am so pleased with all of their work. I feel like I am living in a new house!"
