They had great work ethic, they communicated clearly and professionally and they made sure everything was completed to and beyond code. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Greg followed up within minutes of my request on Home Advisor. He scheduled an appointment before the weekend and came to check our water heater and replaced it the same morning. Quality work for a very reasonable price (lower than expected based on internet research we had done). I highly recommend Skyline Design and Build and would be happy to use them again in the future."

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.

"The job came out looking good, but there were some problems...a broken light fixture, (repaced by Matthew) busted water hose nozzle and a busted bed out of MY wheelbarrow. Matthew also required all money before the job was finished, which should not be the case. However, I am happy with the work performed, and Matthew was very personable and easy to work with. He should take a look, though at how he goes about asking for payment in the future, after the job is done."

"He came up to us while we were doing yard work, handed us a flyer and a business card, told us what he is able to do and for better prices. We started talking about the issues we had with roof, he gave us a price and we hired him on the spot. Met him to get materials, he had our leak and horrible roof fixed in TWO DAYS, clean up and all, he was on time, and didn't stay too late. it was a great new start. we plan on calling him back and having him fix some issues in house next."
