"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"I worked with Joe fall of 2020 to install a post and wire fence on my property with four board fencing along the road frontage. In bidding the project I reached out to six different fencing contractors in CVille and the surrounding area - Joe was BY FAR the most responsive and easiest to work with. After hashing out the project details via email and phone he promptly did a walk down of the property and generated a bid his prices were competitive with bids I received from the other contractors. On the first day of the install, Joe and his crew did an excellent job walking the project with me to ensure the fence line details were just what I wanted. The back corner of the property is somewhat complex with a stand of trees we wanted to keep intact. This crew did a great job working through the tight space and we were able to keep all the trees. My wife and I are both so pleased with the final result and could not be happier with the aesthetic improvements and function the fencing brought to our property! "We had a tree that needed to be removed and talked with them in Sept. There were a few delays and then we had to be out of town for about 6 weeks. The project was put on hold until we returned. The tree fell 4 days after we returned. It took quite a bit of planning and cooperation of neighbors as the tree had been wedged in one of their trees down a rather steep slope. A lot of planning was needed to make this very large oak tree safe. The beech tree it was caught in will hopefully survive as one main branch had to be removed and the other one was cut down closer to the v of the tree. A small crane was brought in so that he could access the tree. Little to no damage happened with the use of this. The clean up was well done and nice small logs were stacked neatly for the neighbors who got lots of wood to burn. They even fixed our chainlink fence that had been bent by a branch that had fallen way before the tree fell. The tree fortunately came down across a small creek and now makes a bridge across it for anyone with decent balance. Way too difficult and expensive to get the very long main trunk out. Enjoyed talking with him after the project was completed. Price was reasonable also."
