It is a pleasure to work with Holistic Pest Control. From my first phone call to the office to completion of the work required, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The initial service was completed neatly and in a timely manner, and ongoing visits are made at regular intervals with a phone call the night before to remind me that there will be a visit the following day. I particularly like the fact that the same technician comes for each visit since he is familiar with any potential problems that might occur and knows my preferences. Thus far, with Holistic Pest Control, no additional pest problems have occurred!

He's timely and communicative about delays. He performs the treatments efficiently and without unnecessary disruption to the household.

Have been working with Holistic Pert Controls for many years now. They are always courteous, on time as scheduled & listen to your concerns about the current bug/insect at that time of year. The technician always calls/texts ahead of time to let you know when he is coming. They offer monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly options and they are very affordable. Our technicians let you know when they arrive, they ask if you are having any specific pests they need to address. Our house is on a slab, so we are more susceptible to many insects pervading our premises. We can not say enough about how wonderful our service has been w/ them. Try them out, you won't be dissapointed!

I highly recommend Holistic Pests Solutions. I tried to hire another company first to spray for wasps which were circling my house. I saw the wasps flying around looking for a place to nest. I wanted to prevent them from doing so. That first company declared that they can only spray existing nests and they can do nothing unless they find a nest, just wanted to collect $99 for inspection. Holistic Pest Solutions understood the problem and their technician was able to spray my house preventatively. He explained that the product they use will discourage wasps from setting nests there. And indeed, within a day or two there were no more wasps. Next time I contacted them because I found some ants entering my kitchen. I was leaving for a trip and wanted something done before I leave. Within one day I got a scheduling call from the technician and a day later he came and treated my kitchen. One cannot ask for a better service.

Excellent service. Josh called the day before to let me know when to expect him. Wore his mask even though working outside and checked in to be sure there were no other issues before leaving.

I reached out to contact this vendor and did not receive a return call for 18 days. When I explained that I needed a faster response, and sorry but I had to find another service provider, the response was "Its Okay Thank You". It definitely was not OK with me, but so be it. This vendor may have some gaps in returning customer contacts based on my experience.

Josh is so professional and is very good about communication around what services I might need. He clearly cares about his customers and is always on time. Wouldn't consider hiring anyone else!
