Did okay with our cooling system for a bit; later replaced system inside and out; 6 months had problems with heating side of system. We tried to contact him several time pleading for a return call with no response and felt ghosted by him. Because of no response we had to call someone else! My wife was initially very hesitant about using him for the replacement of our system so would definitely not recommend him for a system replacement because of lack/poor follow up!

I contacted this provider about an ongoing problem I had and suddenly the line went dead. I called back a few minutes later and the provider told me he could not hear me.  I hung up and called another number to see if there was a problem with my phone, and the person who answered could hear me just fine.  Very strange feeling that I have feeling like I was being toyed with by this provider in a time of great stress.  And of course I have not received a call back from this provider either.  I likely won't use them again.

Update: He told me that my furnace is no good. I don't think he really looked at it and he is trying to sell me a central air conditioning system from Mitsubishi for $6,000. I also had him fix a plumbing problem in my upstairs bathroom that was causing a leak in my ceiling and now the ceiling is leaking in the very same spot he supposedly fixed. I definitely can't recommend them to anyone.

We I moved in there were alot of water problems and electrical problems.  They were completely unexpected. They did an excellent job.  They are also very honest and caring

This man did an okay job. We weren't exactly happy with his clean-up job nor with the duct work that he installed. We lost a vent in one room because he put the duct work over it. The unit works fine, of that we were satisfied. We weren't able to be home when he did the work and feel that is we were we would have been able to question him about our dissatisfaction. We would hire him again only be at the house when he did the work.

Edited to add: The job ended up being much lower quality than we originally thought and we've had to hire a different company to fix the mistakes that were made.  I've changed the grades to reflect this.
