"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"Phenomenal work! We hired C & Brothers to remodel our primary bathroom after obtaining numerous bids. Edwin managed our project - he kept us well informed throughout the entire remodel. The entire contract team was prompt, timely, conscientious, and meticulous. As messy as these projects can be, they kept our home clean and as dust free as possible. Edwin and Christian made great recommendations and steered us toward sound decisions throughout the project. They found us a beautiful slab of quartz for the vanity and bath surround that looks absolutely incredible. We could not be happier, would hire them again and highly recommend C & Brothers!"

I was dealing with a family emergency, so she took care of the research that I had planned to do regarding hampers that would fit in the space without my asking. Upon install, they are prompt, courteous and quick. In half a day, I had a beautiful new closet. "I claimed one of the “2 Toilet Tune-Up” Angi’s special with 4 Service Pros (Snell). When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."

"First class company from top to bottom, start to finish. We were referred to Core Outdoor for a large porch project. We knew the size of the porch that we wanted, but that was about it. Core helped us with every other detail along the way and we ended up getting a nicer porch than we could have imagined. It took a couple of months to get us in their schedule. Once the crew started working - lead by Ben - they didn't stop until it was complete (~2 weeks). The finishing on this porch is perfectly thought out on their part - these guys really focused on the details and it shows in the final product. There were some odd angles to work around (including a chimney, bump-out, etc.) and their final design makes it all seamless. Whenever we had a question, the office staff was super quick to answer. The couple of minor concerns we raised were addressed immediately. We were looking for a company to take this job and run with it - allowing us to stay out of the way and leave it to the pros. Core totally accomplished that for us. This was the largest project we've done, but Core made it the least stressful project, too. Ben and his crew knocked it out of the park."
