"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. I will be hiring OSSA to do some work in my own home, as I look to make necessary improvements in the future. I've told everyone I know how how wonderful they are. 6 out of 5 stars!"

"Basement Remodeling just completed our basement remodeling project, on time and on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased! We investigated other remodeling companies but chose Basement Remodeling after our discussions with Eric, in part because we believed we could count on their expertise in handling the inevitable quirks of renovating a 70 year old house. Our project (and budget) was probably fairly modest when compared to many remodeling projects, and Eric offered suggestions for inexpensive problem solving (rehanging existing doors, for example) rather than trying to upsell us on other, more costly solutions. We fully renovated about one-third of the basement space which included the furnace, water heater and a small but completely unfinished laundry area. Basement Remodeling created an enclosed area for the furnace and water heater and neatly disguised the electric panel, adding a well-designed, efficient and attractive wet bar with cabinetry, appliances and a custom pantry. The renovation also included cosmetic upgrades to the rest of the basement space, adding new flooring and fresh paint. The space now looks absolutely terrific! The company took care of everything, from permitting to cleanup, and every person on the team was thoughtful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Any concerns we had along the way were addressed immediately and quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Basement Remodeling!"

"I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."

"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"

"Second time using Jose and his team for a home project. First time was a sunroom porch conversion, this time was a kitchen remodel. I really can’t thank Jose enough for all his and his team’s hard work. It’s rare to have such a positive experience with these kinds of projects, but Jose as always goes above and beyond. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
