"Pros: They did a great job thoroughly cleaning out my ductwork. The person that came was polite and professional. Cons: Not on time after stressing the importance due to another company coming the same day. I had to call the morning of to verify someone was still coming. Being on time is very important to me, if not for that, I would have given 5 stars."

The price was fair and affordable. Dennis, the technician notified me of his expected arrival time. He was very nice and pleasant. Dennis explained what the job entailed and completed the job within an hour. There was no excess lint or debris in my home to clean.
