"If looking for wood flooring done, Franks Flooring was Super! Very professional, when we called, Frank came out within thirty minutes, measured room, gave us a quote answered any questions we had. Frank walked us through exactly what to expect from the time carpet was pulled up to wood floor being ordered, delivered and the floor installed. Frank also made sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job. All this being said we gave him a A+ rating! Thank you Frank and Crew!"

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"By the time we realized our cat was urinating on the dining room oriental rug, he had been doing it for so long, that the hardwood floor underneath was ruined. We just knew there was no hope for the oriental rug. We were sick as it coordinated with the living rug. Don cleaned the living room rug in the house and took the dining rug to his plant. He did many cleanings on it and was actually able to save it. The dyes (it had burgundy and blues in it) did not bleed and the smell was gone. We were elated with the results and are forever thankful to Don for all his patience in restoring our rug.
He has done a great job on all services provided and would highly recommend On the Spot.

"Fred and his crew did a magnificent job installing hardwood downstairs and blending it into existing 18 year old flooring. They also installed hardwood on entire 2nd floor. Also they stained all shue molding to match the floor. We cannot express enough how great the flooring looks also out of 5 estimates they were $1200 lower than the 2nd lowest price. Great price, great job and great people!!!"
