Mr. Hammond has only contacted us through email taking up to several days for a response and refused to return any of our calls or text messages then mostly recently advised us that he had larger more time consuming jobs to complete and didn't know when he could get back to our job and suggested we hire another contractor."

They replaced a disposal (badger1 1/3hp- charged me $250 sells for $125 in hardware store- tried to say the one at Lowe’s was a lower quality version???? ITS THE SAME EXACT MAKE AND MODEL. Company don’t have 2 production lines for “home owner quality” and “plumber quality” and them label them exactly the same.) Replaced a bathroom faucet (Kingston Brass Columbia 1.2 GPM Centerset Bathroom Faucet charged me $110 for a $38 faucet) 2x steel braided cables ($20 a piece they are $7 a piece) A quart of draino $14 The total for parts was $413 then he said “you have to add 1.9% on top of that for my “cost” whatever that means. His math came to $746 TOTAL FOR PARTS ALONE. Figure that math out for me ? He arrived at 8:15am and started working at 8:45 and finished at 11:15 and charged me 4 hours at $75 an hour for a total of $300. The total bill was $1046!! For a disposal, and a faucet. DO NOT HIRE THIS “COMPANY” They will absolutely take advantage of you, and then call you “money grubbers” when you pull a calculator out. You are better off hiring a reputable plumbing company in the area. If you’re trying to save money, do NOT look to KELLEM’S PLUMBING! If you see their Craigslist ad, RUN!"
