They paid attention to all the architectural details when they installed the vinyl siding, so much so that many neighbors didn't realize it was vinyl siding. They also replaced all the windows and rebuilt the front porch. We have received so many compliments; they truly have exceeded my expectations. Their price was in line, or a little more than other contractors we got quotes from, but I doubt that the other contractors would have done as good a job; they offer a great value, plus they replaced all rotten wood without charging us extra, like the other contractors would have. I called a half dozen companies for estimates, and Glass Impressions was the clear winner -- despite being booked up for the week, the gentleman I spoke to recognized the urgency of my request and sent someone over the following morning to give me a quote. The quote was far better than every other company I spoke to and they were able to do the replacement then and there. Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Overall, from my experiences, Castle Windows is the best window and door company in the region. We did extensive research in comparing them to Pella, Anderson and other companies and Castle's product quality, installation and pricing was the best value by far.
