But then they called me back and told me they would charge 1/2. Ron was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend that you request the tech if given the choice. He even charged my $10 less than the 2nd quote of $60.00 so I wouldn't have to borrow it from my neighbor. I wish many blessings to this remarkable person."

We sub-contract our services when requested. We accept all major credit card, checks as long as they are good and of course cash. "owner is a good guy and very nice. however, quality of the work was not up to par with where it should have been. it took much longer than expected and the helper was not much help. it seemed as well if the flooring installation was more than they were prepared to handle and that resulted in delays and poor installation. we were told that the regular floor guy was injured in a car crash a week prior so possibly things could have gone differently if he had been available. the price was favorable and I believe the owner really wants to do a great job, but this project was likely more than they should have agreed to take on and it is difficult to recommend them for any future floor installation projects."

Lubricating a door lock is an important part of door lock maintenance. It involves taking the lubricant of your choice (it’s best to use whatever the lock’s manufacturer suggests) and spraying it directly into the keyway. Push and pull your key in and out of the lock to make sure it’s all the way in. 

First thing first: Make sure you’re using the right key. If it’s the correct key for your lock, there are a few reasons why it may not be working, like the key is worn out or the lock is jammed.   • You need a quick way to upgrade your current locks

  • You have a quality lock that works well

  • You recently moved in and want to ensure you’re the only one with access

  • You lost a key

There’s no set time limit for when you should replace your locks, but there are several indicators that it’s time to swap them. If you’re moving into a new home or have a roommate moving out, it’s smart to change the locks. If you experience a break-in or other crime, you should change it then too, or if you ever lose your keys. Eventually, locks can wear out, so it’s ideal to replace them after several years of use or one of these circumstances occurs.

Lock bumping is a technique locksmiths use to quickly and quietly open a pin tumbler lock, typically found in most types of deadbolts. It involves inserting a specially crafted key, or bump key, into the lock and tapping or "bumping" it with a mallet or similar tool. The force applied causes the lock's pins to jump momentarily, allowing the lock to be turned and opened. Unfortunately, thieves also use this technique to break into homes. Luckily, products like a deadbolt strap will fortify your lock.
