"I eventually received a call back from all five companies and Resurrection Builder was the only one willing to come out to give an estimate for the repair. All the other companies told me they were only doing new builds and not interested in doing repairs. Ryan asked I send him some photos to give him a better idea of what I was talking about, which I did, and he came out the next day to look for himself. Now, I’m a pretty handy guy and know my way around construction, but this was a little much for my one man shop. Ryan told me to give him a couple of days for an estimate; I was figuring it would be about $5,000. The next day he sent me an e-mail with his estimate, which was just under the $5K I was anticipating. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his responsiveness and risked not having other estimates based on the reliability I had seen thus far (and it was proving difficult to get other estimates). He gave me a 5% discount for being an Angie’s List member and we agreed on a start date. The start date had to be pushed a few times based on weather, totally understandable. Ryan kept me informed the entire time and I never had to guess if he as coming or not. When the weather cleared I was traveling for work. No problem, Ryan and his crew went to work and completed the entire project in one day, he had planned for two. He sent me photos of the work and it looked excellent. I came home to take a closer look and the workmanship was spot on. We had dinner in the gazebo two nights ago, and I didn’t have to worry about the thing collapsing. Ryan and Resurrection Builders will be my first, and likely only, call when I need something done. His professionalism, integrity, customer service, communication, and reliability, were all way above par. I am exceptionally happy with the work they did and the manner in which they did it.
