Maurice from Indeed was great! He arrived early and explained everything he was going to do. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained what he looked at for termite inspection and discussed next steps. Good price and great service. I will be using Indeed again soon for my ant issues. Would definitely recommend Maurice and Indeed.

If I could give a 10-star rating, I WOULD!!! Indeed Pest Solutions is the best I've ever seen do it. We woke up in the middle of the night to a situation we had never seen UNTIL THAT MOMENT and I completely lost it. I was ready to throw everything out, which would have cost me much more than an exterminator. I immediately got on the phone at 430am and started calling companies. I got alot of voicemails, etc. even spoke with a couple people that wanted me to wait 2 or 3 days!! Completely unreasonable in my book because that meant I wasnt going to sleep for 2 or 3 days. Mr. Fox with IPS called me at 510am. Only 40 minutes later!!! We spoke about my issue, he explained his process and even made recommendations to ensure the work and prevent future issues. He was in my home, THE NEXT DAY, treating the issue. His pricing was satisfyingly reasonable. These other companies wanted me to give them my entire savings!!! One company wanted me to finance his services!!!!! I am nowhere near rich, I'm on a fixed income, and his initial quote did not make me cringe or begin to panic. Indeed is not out to get rich or charge you a rent/mortgage payment. Your cost includes a 2 week follow up treatment also. My issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY!!! I haven't seen ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING since he left and HE CALLED ME for my 2 week follow up appointment. Honestly, I dont even think I need the 2nd treatment but I'd rather be safe than sorry, so will do as a preventative measure. Indeed is locked in my phone and ABSOLUTELY #1 if I ever need any kind of service again or need to make a recommendation. They are friendly, flexible, thorough, get the job done without rushing, and in my opinion he works quickly yet still very thorough. Most importantly, they have very reasonable and fair pricing. Most people would be skeptical about going with the first company that calls. Indeed simply THAT GOOD & ON POINT that they return your call when your request is received. I didnt think I would actually SPEAK WITH THE EXTERMINATOR at that time of morning but I did and it was the same person that came and completed the work!! No answering services or long waits for return phone calls. Mr. Fox put my mind at ease during our initial conversation and I've slept well with NO ISSUES since. If you need help and dont want to dig into your 401K or your kids college fund, CALL INDEED PEST SOLUTIONS, LLC. The recommendations are a plus and because I did follow those pointers, I'm even more at ease. You dont have to be a millionaire or create a bill through financing to receive assistance. If you go with another company, it is my sincere opinion that you will end up calling Indeed eventually. Save yourself time and money and call Indeed FIRST!! You won't be sorry, I gurantee you that!!!!

I went on home advisor for a pest problem Mr. Fox called me the next morning and was able to come out the same day he fit me in his tight schedule and was very professional. He explained everything he would do over the phone etc. Mr. Fox came to my home Masked Up ready to work. Heâ s very knowledgeable knows his job. Explained everything to my household. I highly recommend this company. I have him locked in now. Good companyâ s with excellent customer service and reasonable are hard to find. THIS IS DEFINITELY A GREAT PICK!!! Thanks Maurice!!

I called this firm needing someone to come out to my home immediately. I tried a few other services but they all wanted to "talk" about a long term service agreement before even listening to my request. One even wanted over $400 for a service call! When I called Indeed Pest Solutions, the owner himself talked with me. He agreed to come out the same day. He helped me understand any issue I had, what to do about it and gave me great peace of mind as well. He was professional, courteous, and very well informed. A plus was his clear adherence to covid protocols while working in my home. I highly recommend this service and will use him again if need be. Good to know there is such a reliable service close to home!!
