"The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all dirt/stains were removed. However, it took two months to clean the carpet and far more of my time than I had wanted to spend checking on it and trying to pick it up. After three weeks I called to inquire and was told that they had "started" cleaning but hadn't finished. No problem. A couple or three weeks later when I called (no calls from them in the meantime), I was told they couldn't find it but would search and get back to me. The following day they called to say they found it, shortly before they took several days off for the Christmas holiday (no objections). I then had to go to their shop three separate times during published open hours after the New Year before I found someone there. This service is far more trouble to deal with than the value they provide."

"Selma and Renata are a great team. I have been looking awhile for conscientious, reliable and thorough house cleaners. We have a big house, 3 pets and often have visitors. I am a perfectionist when it comes to keeping my house clean so I was happy to find Selma and Renata at A Cleaning Service! They clean and sanitize 5 bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and rugs, vacuum and mop the tile in the kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room and vacuum and mop the hard wood floors. They polish all the furniture, clean/dust all the blinds, window sills (for over 40 windows) and dust the lower walls and ceiling fans. They windex the glass top tables. They put new sheets on the bed and even fold the throw blankets and arrange the pillows prettily on the sofas. They dust the wall hangings. The kitchen is sparkling when they leave. If I ask for anything special, they always oblige. There's more but I think you get the idea!"

"Absolutely under no circumstances use Adams Flooring. Shalenday, their office manager, is truly delightful and bends over backwards to support the customer. However, she cannot overcome the inflexibility and lack of concern of their owner, Doug, who refuses to communicate via cell phone and is unwilling to work with the customer on schedules and timing. At the end of the day, I lost $900 for temporary lodging for my family to be out of the house for the job, and had to cancel the contract. Use someone else who is willing to communicate about scheduling problems, and who has at least an ounce of concern for his clients. Stay away from Adams Flooring - it could NOT have been a worse experience. I will now be selling my house without the floors being done because the other contractors are already booked through the end of the year."

"The first cleaning corrected all of the areas that the prior cleaner had missed or maybe never even thought to clean. Now they maintain weekly. They are very professional. We had one minor problem and the cleaner left me a note and then the owner, Tina, reacted immediately and corrected the problem with a great attitude. I don’t worry about anything now they just take care of everything at a fair price. Tina is a pleasure to do business with and she is very knowledgeable about her craft. She actually taught me a few things about the right way to clean. I was shocked at the new appearance of my stainless steel refrigerator and even my light fixtures, big commercial windows and walls. Will use her forever."
