"He has helped me with lots of projects around the house. He helped me put my sink together in my kitchen, with a new faucet and a cup sprayer. Which looks absolutely beautiful. He also help me fix my shed when a tree fell through it. He is very professional and works very efficiently. The job was done right the first time which was awesome."

"I recently Veterans Touch lawn care service for mowing and trimming, and I could not be more impressed! The team arrived on time, equipped with high-quality new equipment, and worked efficiently to transform my yard. They paid attention to detail, ensuring that my lawn was perfectly mowed and trimmed. My lawn has never looked healthier or more manicured. Plus, their customer service was outstanding? friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional lawn care and maintenance. Plus they are coming back to do work on my patio to design and build an outdoor kitchen and re-do my walkways!"

"The project went very well.  Before removing my appliances for the vinyl demo, all dishes and food were removed from the refrigerator and dishwasher to ensure that all personal items were protected. The job began on a Monday morning and was completed early Friday afternoon so I never had to go a weekend without the use of my kitchen. The installation went smoothly and the job looks extremely professional."

Holiday Decorating questions, answered by experts

If you take home a pre-lit Christmas tree but want to spruce it up with blinking lights, don’t worry, there’s a simple solution. You can easily replace the light bulbs on the pre-lit tree with flashing bulbs. For a more subtle look, only replace some of the bulbs with flashing bulbs.

The average cost to have a professional install Christmas lights on a roof is about $420, with most homeowners spending between $220 and $650. Some companies may charge between $1.25 and $3 per square foot, excluding the cost of the lights. For extensive or complex jobs, the cost can exceed $1,000. While doing it yourself can save money, it is only recommended if you are comfortable working at heights.

Yes, many services include removal as part of the package. Confirm with your provider.

No one has figured out a perfect solution to this problem. Tying icicle lights down or adding weights to them can help, but it’s a very time-consuming process and far from foolproof. If your winters are too windy, we suggest simply switching away from icicle lights to straight runs of non-dangling lights along the edge of your roof.

Christmas trees need about 100 lights per foot, so you would need 700 lights for a 7-foot tree.
