"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Believe it or not just Negotiating a price took about as long as took them to remodel the kitchen. The salesman start out with $47k price after negotiating the price dropped about 13k I still feel that I overpay. Well at the end of day I thank the guys again that work on remodel our kitchen they were the BEST."

They completed the job a week before Christmas and a day faster then promised. They said they would be finished in 7 days and they did it in 5 and 1/2.
