Everyone at Strategic is exceptional. From Bethany in the office to the tecnicians I have had the pleasure to work with so far. I had a malfunctioning HVAC unit so no cooling during this latest heatwave. Bethany worked hard to get someone out but it was a Friday so no luck, but she was sad about leaving us in the heat. Monday we'd be on the schedule. First thing Monday morning I got the call the technicians were on their way. Brent and Robert, "The Dream Team" work so well together. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the unit repaired quickly. It is refreshing to see such teamwork. Not only in the field but back in the office as well. Everyone is so easy to work with. Strategic has an incredible company. I would definitely recommend them for their services as I will continue to do so myself.

I had a dripping shower valve issue which had been going on for quite some time. It was pouring hot water straight down the drain. To complicate matters was there was no access point for the water controls. Bethany at Strategic sent Antori out to diagnose what he needed, relayed that info to Brent who brought everything necessary to do the job, including creating a very nice access panel. I cannot be more pleased with the water control handle design and the attention to detail with the whole job, which took less than a day, from the very first phone call. Once again, Bethany, Antori and Brent were wonderful to work with. Strategic has become my go-to for any and all of their services. I highly recommend them!

We are so glad to have found this company! Specifically, AnTori Brown provided excellent, prompt, professional service. He went above and beyond by locating a hard-to-find air handler to repair our AC the next day. Throughout, he maintained communication in a professional and very respectful manner. He didn't upsell or falsely claim we needed unnecessary repairs or equipment, and pricing was very reasonable. There ARE still honest, hardworking professionals out there! We definitely recommend him and will use Strategic Heating and Air for future HVAC needs.

Antori was respectful and professional. He addressed the issue and had it repaired in record time. Having to hire someone over the phone and not being able to be at the actual residence is not easy (this is a rental home). However, I felt comfortable that he was competent, experienced and felt that he was reasonable priced. It is nice to know that I have a reliable contractor going forward.

The owner came out and fixed the problem himself, which ended up being a bad thermostat, not an issue with the HVAC system itself. He did look at the system, both the furnace and ac units, to make sure they were in good shape. He only charged me for the service fee, $168, and installed a new thermostat so I can use the system until I get another like the one I had. He was very efficient, got the job done quickly, and never tried to upcharge me on items or services I didn't need. Very impressed, and I will definitely use this business in the future!

They responded, diagnosed and repaired the initial issues on the next business day. I informed them of another issue with another A/C unit to which they returned the next day, diagnosed the issue and had to leave to purchase a double circuit breaker, returned , installed it and had my other unit up and running in no time. Has best make ntenance plan and execution

We have used this company twice and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Honest, up front, and very efficient. Called and they have a quick response time as well. Was greatly appreciated since my daughter in-law has breathing problems and migraines. Heat only makes her worse. Thank you for all you do. You don't know how much we appreciate you!!!!

They are on time and complete the work as promised and very reasonably priced.

They support our military with a 5% military discount! If you have a warranty for parts on your A/C that's no problem for them . They do excellent work and are very efficient.

Very good experience. Showed up same day and got me up and running fast. Recently moved to this residence to find out my central air was repaired faulty prior to me moving in. Strategic was informative step by step to show me the issue at hand, price was also more than reasonable. Will be using Strategic in the future. Highly recommended!

The technician scheduled my appointment the same day he was contacted. He made sure my system worked properly and that the unit was put back together properly. Definitely would recommend them.
