"Had a two hour window from 4-6pm and waited for 4 hours and nobody arrived. They rescheduled me for the next day from 2-4pm. Waited and nobody arrived. Kept calling their dispatch across the entire 6 hours i waited for 2 days and they kept giving me the runaround, saying he's "en route" and "he's still coming but has two jobs ahead of you." They overbook and give you small windows that they never hit. So frustrating when your AC is out and it's 90 degrees. Will never use Michael & Son."
