They had a fit problem with one of the acrylic door surrounds (it was warped from the factory). They quickly redesigned the shower door (entrance area) and called their main office to deliver another acrylic panel that they fabricated on site with the new design. The quality of their work is very good and we are really impressed with the new shower entrance design they came up with.
