My apologies to the company...I don't recall the gentleman's name that responded but he was very friendly and professional, and provided some good education on roof repair for me while performing the work. As a result of recent thunderstorms a 4-foot section of roof raised up, due to nails failing to hold. The gentleman who came over said that shouldn't have happened but was successfully able to both restore the roof and add additional reinforcement to that area. He also walked around on the rest of the roof and made a few additional minor repairs/reinforcements. Admittedly, the cost was a bit much for about 1 hour worth of work, but reading online that isn't abnormal. It did influence me to look into a home warranty to cover future similar incidents. I will definitely consider this company for future work though.

Quentin called within minutes and was here in 20 minutes and had the roof leak fixed in 30 minutes. He was professional and very inexpensive. Did a great job.

They were very professional and timely. They fixed my roof leak in 1 day and weâ re very prompt with responses.

They came gave me an estimate and said when they'd be here. They said I had to pay half down through AngiPay. I paid $400. They said they would be here on Saturday they did not come. I called they said they could not get the shingles on Saturday because the shingle place was closed. On Monday they found out they could not get the shingles. On Tuesday it was supposed rain. I had to hire someone else.

The young men were timely, professional and informative. They answered all of my questions and I felt like they were genuinely had my best interest in mind. I hope to work with them again!

I would not recommend Hammerhead Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. to anyone. I hired the company in December 2021 to replace the aluminum fascia on the front of my home. After paying a 50% deposit, different crews showed up at my home a total of three or four times over the course of three weeks and accomplished very little. In fact, the last visit by Hammerhead actually removed ALL fascia on my entire house, which was not our agreement. That said, I must now hire another contractor to repair Hammerhead's damage to my property. The owner, Douglas Vansant, has refused to resolve the situation or return my deposit. As a result, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been contacted and I have hired an attorney. This is shameful conduct by a company that is expected to perform. Additionally, the contact phone number on the business card rolls to a voice machine that is full, so I could never leave messages.

This is a great company to communicate by phone, email or test. They respond almost immediately. The work started on time and was completed on time. I was given options so I could make a decision based on my circumstances. They are reasonably price and the do professional work.
