Mike had great customer service. He completed the job in a timely manner. Foote construction did everything that was quoted.

Mr. Foote came in last winter and gave us an estimate for a complete bathroom remodel. Then came the virus. We had gone to Ferguson and to the tile store (Carson Flooring) in Tappahannock and made our selections and then the project got put on hold. Mr. Foote kept in touch and allowed us to determine when we would begin again. We met and set some dates with a deadline. He gave me a budget (I am not good with budgets, but he kept me on track!) and a final estimate. He recommended a store in Richmond for the marble. We were very pleased with all of his recommendations. As the project began he could usually give us a time of arrival for the subs and most subs met those times. His subs worked well together to make the project successful. They easily met our deadline. The bathroom looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Mr. Foote for your project.

Mr Foote was prompt in giving an estimate & even met with me at the time I requested.. He worked with my insurance and was able to get my insurance to cover all the damage. He is professional and did an outstanding job.

Mr. Foote replaced my old cabinets with new ones, added a dishwasher, fixed the ceiling in the dining area, he also turned my kitchen closet into a laundry room;. He did fabulous work; is very professional. He kept me informed of what he was going to do each day, was prompt in being at my house on time and flexible with my work schedule, of which I very much appreciative. He is dedicated to pleasing his customers in doing work to fit the customer satisfication and I highly recommend him for renovations/upgrades and remodeling.

Mike did a fabulous job!! I moved from LA to VA and he did all of the work while I was out of town. Sent pictures and we made a few changes, when we arrived with the movers our home looked perfect. The quality of the work was excellent and the project came in on budget and on time. He even recommended subs to help with small jobs once we arrived. He did an amazing job. I highly Recommend MIke and his team.

Mike was great to work with! He kept us informed about when he would be on the job, the progress of the work and showed us the upgrades and asked for our suggestions and approval along the way. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the contractor and most of the subcontractors. If it weren't for some problems with the kitchen cabinetmaker, I would have rated the entire project a 5. I would definitely recommend Foote Construction to friends.

He has done numerous projects for for us at our residence, and he did a Huge job for our church involving mold remediation and HVAC, replace of window. doors. He is phenomenal. trustworthy, timely, competitive. High character & ambitious; high integrity - stands behind his work. Really monitors his sub-contractors. I have have recommended many times!

Stay far away! He is a con artist and very unethical. He also does work like he owns the house and doesn't consult with the homeowner. I have to hire others to redo work that he has done poorly or didn't do what I asked.

I sold real estate for 25 years and have worked with numerous contractors doing remodels and new construction. Michael Foote gets a five star rating for the right reasons. He is courteous, easy to contact, prompt, delivers excellent work, keeps the job site clean and protected and gives an excellent value for the dollar. Michael was a pleasure to work with, no project was too large or too small. He also really listened to my ideas, comments, and concerns. Always available and on time. He did some major work to the outside of our house, and together we designed some really neat storm windows, which were specially constructed to fit our 1940s vintage house. I am planning to have him remodel our bathroom next!
