The job was expected to take 7-10 days, and everything was completed within 10 days. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. When a change was requested with our trim and shutter colors, he made a suggestion as to one of the changes we discussed, and we were very pleased that we went with his suggestion. Jeff did more than expected, including repairing/replacing some rotted wood trim, washing the very large windows and double coating our badly moldy soffitts. He's a nice young man and we felt very comfortable allowing him and his helpers (his nephews) in our home. The cost was reasonable. Rob came to the house right away to provide an estimate. He said he would put us on his schedule to be done in two weeks. Three weeks later, I called him because we had not heard from him. He did not offer an explanation or an apology, but again put us on his schedule to be done in a couple of weeks. It has been more than a month and I have yet to hear from Rob. Not that it matter, because I have since hired someone else do the job; a professional who did it when he said he would and he did it well (R & B Painting). Had Rob been upfront with me (telling me that he had higher paying jobs he fully intended to do first), I could have had my painting done months earlier. This is rude (quite selfish actually) and unprofessional behavior.
