"I am a repeat customer with NOVA Junk Removal. And once more they didn't disappoint. Norman was very prompt in providing a quote. Then I arranged a date for pick-up. Omar (who is wonderful) & 1 co-worker called ahead to provide their ETA, arrived exactly when advised, & set about trying to remove the large chair from our upstairs bedroom. I say try because it was too wide for the door to remove without damaging the paint. After trying a myriad of positions to bring it through the door without damaging the paint, it was clear that the chair "wouldn't cooperate." So with our permission, Omar broke up the chair so he & his colleague could safely remove it. This company is the one to call when the need arises!!!"

"Edwin came out on the day I used HomeAdvisor (Thursday) to find a contractor. I showed him what I wanted, he quoted a price that was withing the ball park so I didn't have to get another quote and I scheduled him for that Saturday. This was a Spring clean up job for the yard - remove several bushes and a tree, leaves, fallen branches, and trimming of remaining bushes and a crepe myrtle. My only minor comment is that the initial crew was an hour late as they were working a downed tree from the storm. It was the day after the wind storm and I completely understand priorities. The team came in, cleaned everything up as agreed. It was quick and I plan on using him for other projects later in the year!"

He and his assistant got started right away. He asked about my neighbors property. I asked my neighbors for permission for Max to enter their yard to remove any debris. She agreed. They left their yard clean and cleaned up my yard as well. He head to remove part of my fence for his machine to fit but asked me first and put the fence back when finished. "These guys are awesome, and I am so glad we came across them! After our regular lawn crew let us know about several patches of poison Ivy in our yard I searched for Ivy removal, but it is very hard to find people that will remove by hand without spray, chemicals, and damaging surrounding trees. Blane was able to come out quickly for an estimate, and while he was out I asked about removing some (a lot of) English Ivy as well. We decided to move forward and boy am I glad we did. They came out within a day removed very large areas of both English and poison Ivy from our yard, no trees damaged in the process. They also removed several dead bushes and put down mulch. Our back yard looks completely different now, and we enjoy it so much more! It has now been several months and I am happy to report that none of the Ivy has grown back. "I hired Peace for a back yard/deck cleanup. The guys were great; however there were a few items they did not take care of as requested. Unfortunately I was not at home and did not see the items that were not completed until later. I am sure had I been there to point things out more they would have received a 5 rating. I still had to go out and fold all of my patio furniture covers to put away which was one of the first things I asked them to do. All in all, I would give them another chance."
