"Jeff Davis, the Chimney inspector, was prompt, efficient and provided his report in both hardcopy and in e-mail, as I requested. I needed an e-mail version to send to my condo management company. He also explained clearly why cleaning of the Chimney was not needed. I certainly plan to contact him again when another inspection is needed."

"American Chimney Sweeps was amazing from the 1st communication through text till they came out and completed the job. I hired them to clean my exterior dryer vent cover and remove it since I was constantly having issue of lint building up on it. I had them install a new NO-PEST VENT, Exclusive Dual Door Dryer Vent Cover so I wouldn't have issue of lint building up and they knew exactly how to adjust it to fit properly and installed it perfectly. They made sure to put sealant all around edges and went back up ladder to cover the screw holes from the previous cover with sealant as well. Lewis and his partner did a great job and I would definitely hire them again!"

"Alex did an amazing job. He provided great communication throughout the entire process, as he had to order a few parts for the chimney. He was very prompt both times he came to the house. He was very careful and clean while working in the house and on the roof. I will always use DMV Chimney Services for my chimney and fireplace needs. Alex cleaned my chimney and added a chimney cap. "We initially booked a chimney sweep, because smoke was getting into the house. When the cleaner showed up, he inspected the chimney and found that a cleaning was not necessary and didn't charge for it, and instead walked us through steps to talk to better operate the chimney. Since then, smoke has not been an issue."
