Jeff Davis, the Chimney inspector, was prompt, efficient and provided his report in both hardcopy and in e-mail, as I requested. I needed an e-mail version to send to my condo management company. He also explained clearly why cleaning of the Chimney was not needed. I certainly plan to contact him again when another inspection is needed.

Very communicative and easy to coordinate with in my experience. Once the appointment was set, everything was kept and went according to plan. I received pictures and a full debrief after the inspection. Jeff was great. Very polite and informative, much more so than several people I've worked with in the past.
