We are a small owner operated company that never sub-contracts work out. We offer very reasonable pricing with service calls starting at just $69 with no trip charges. All our work comes complete with warranties except unfound refrigerant leaks. All new installations come with up to 10 year parts and 3 years labor warranty. We do service and install all makes and models,but our brand of choice is Ruud.

"I’ve used After Hours Heating and Air-conditioning 3 times now. All 3 times were actual separate issues. I am very please with this Company!! Starting with Connie in the Office. Who treats you like friend and like she really cares. Morad who has been my Technician for all 3 times. He is very Professional, respectful, nice, and knowledgeable. He always explains things and never tries to rip you off. He is very honest and that goes a long way! Plus he walks you through everything to double check and makes sure everything is working correctly before he leaves. Today I had a pleasure of meeting his helper Byren. He was very respectful, nice and a hard worker. He went above and beyond when he noticed I had a water leak coming from my portable A/C. I was using that until they got here. He not only pointing it out but offered to help clean it up for me. Just, So that no one gets the wrong impression... I have a very old unit! So each visit was for separate issues. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
