"For the last two years, I have signed a yearly contract with Sweetlands to do a twice-a-year check on my heating and air-conditioning service as well as On-Demand Gas Water Heater.....fall check before I use my heating system and spring check before I use my AC system. Collaborative final inspection. Had worker come back after inspection to tape minor rips in moisture barrier, and left extra tape. Took split payment, check and credit card. Cleaned up every day, had access to crawl space daily normally without requiring access to house. Trustworthy. Feel like they will be responsive if there are any issues in future."
