"Pro did a good job, although it was a bit of a learning curve for the pro getting the faucet's adjusted correctly. A1 Sewer sent messages and texts to keep me informed, followed up well, and the pro showed up as scheduled. I personally removed the tile facing so the pro could get into fix the leak, although this part of the project was to be done by the pro. Since I did the tile originally, I decided to take my time removing the necessary tiles. Would have been nice if the bill would have been reduced a bit since removing these tiles took me several hours and several drill bits."

"The tub got a little beat up during install which was just as much my fault for picking such a large tub for a tight space as it was theirs, it was more or less expected. But the two things during the install that was in their control was screwing the tub into the wall, which they damaged the acrylic on the tub because they didn't pre-drill the holes, just forced the screws through the acrylic. The second thing was the shower plumbing. The pipe going from the valve to the shower head was bent and they put plyers directly on the shower head pipe which left teeth marks that won't be covered with the trim kit. The bent pipe and damaged acrylic on the tub will be covered once the bathroom is finished but either way the damage was preventable."
