He measured the window openings, we agreed upon a price, and signed the contract giving 10% down. Another company representative came by our house a few days later to double check the measurements Tom had taken. A representative of the company called about one week before to schedule a date to install. A five-man crew arrived right on time, were dressed appropriately for their work, and were very polite throughout. The few questions we had during the installation were answered thoroughly and with genuine concern for our satisfaction. Once the work was completed, the crew completely cleaned the work area, made sure we were satisfied with the installation, and departed.
