"We needed the exterior deck replaced and drainage repaired. All progressed as per Cody's timetable. The crew removed the old decking and replaced it with new wood. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. They moved on to remove the underside material and correct the drainage problem. Finally the painting was done and completed a day ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the finished project and would gladly reccomend Fralin construction."

I wish we could travel farther, but its hard to be competive when traveling expenses of more than 30 minutes are tacked on. We do interior and exterior painting and use only the finest products from Sherwin Williams. We do offer free estimates and are very punctual with a set time. Most estimates take about 10 minutes of your time and theres no obligation or pressure to sign anything. So when needing a painting estimate I would love to meet with you and go over some ideas and great prices. We take great pride in everything we do and most jobs I the owner am right there the whole time. We try to do one job at a time and stick together so we can get you finished in a timely manner. "This is for sure the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their shipment dates and the quality of their installation is awful. I ordered 2 doors for 10,000 dollars on May 24, 2022. After promising date after date they finally came September 27, 2022. The installation of the doors was a nightmare. We had 3 guys: one guy had no idea what he was doing, the second guy knew not much more, and the guy in charge did not know much more than the second guy. They put on a new front and back door. The handles on the door are crooked as a snake. Also after the salesman plainly told me they would put the storm doors back on, the contractor told me he would do neither. They said they didn't have time. One more thing, none of the guys knew how to put the key locks in the doors. They tried telling me they were the wrong ones and would not fit. My brother in law came over later in the evening and figured the locks out in 5 minutes. These are 3 rookie contractors trying to put in 5,000 a piece doors. If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service and crappy installation, then this is the place for you. As for me, I will never do business with this pitiful company again. One last thing I wanted to mention is beware of the salesman Brad Juchatz . He is nothing but a complete LIAR ."
