To better protect your roof and siding, we utilize 'Soft Wash' technology (more details can be found on our website). For concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios, we use our truck-mounted hot water system. David Hamel and Debbie Hamel are not the people who I thought they were or who they present there selves to be, they fired me today over the most Ridiculous reasons (witch y’all can ask what they were and I’ll be glad to tell u) and Everyone out there knows how hard I work for this company and how I’ve stuck my neck out to do extra stuff to put money in the big mans wallet. who worked most weekends me! who was always cleaned the trucks and had them in decent condition me!, these trucks when I first came along were disgusting The crew leaders left pizza crust wing bones garlic dipping sauce open laying out pouring on the dash in the vents not vacuuming no joke these trucks were the almost hazardous I’m surprised that there were not roaches inside of them, but I took my time on my own recognizance to come in and clean the trucks and been keeping them that way since I’ve been there nobody else was doing that before I came along, just ask David yourself how much money I make him we made $79,000 alone last month and I am a full-time crew leader I made a huge percentage of that money and they go and put decorative lights in front of their house to light it up at night? And u know what we got a 10% bonus on what we made on our paychecks last month that month everyone there including complained that it wasent enough for how much work we put out! go on their Google review page right now and see just from August 26 of last year how many Google reviews with my name in it are on there and not even the ones with my name on it but they were complete and happy customers cause of me hands down i have gotten most of them reviews since aug 26 last year! Never got a call in on me about serious damages or about being a bad employee! Today was just stupid on there end of being ******* business owners there’s more I could add a lot more about the company is not what all of David’s money portrays it to be but there’s no reason to I’m not here to bash the company I’m here because of what David done today was not fair he put and my family in a very hard position for nothing things that could easily been fixed stuff so stupid that it does not amount to what I’ve done for them and I’m gonna make it known ! Bad employer do not work here they will treat you like family then turn there backs on you! The work is only good as it’s workers ! And I did great work!

"It is unfortunate that when you have to terminate an employee this happens. Much of what was said is simply not factual. What he failed to mention are the times we took sacks of groceries to his family when they had nothing to eat, or gave him money to help him out, or took meals to him, or all the bonuses he got throughout the year. At times change is hard but needed."

Very disappointing...Based on the positive reviews, I recommended AWU to my parents. They hired AWU in July and were ensured that the process used was gentle and considered a "soft wash". It was anything but gentle! AWU stripped all of their aluminum windows/door frames/underpinnings of the color and finish down to silver metal. It took several frustrating phone calls to the owner before he hired someone to repair the damages. The repairs to our home are not the greatest and our house is not the same as it was. It was mid October before the job was completed. (going through several frustrating calls and broken promises )The owner of AWU NEVER called my parents to ensure they were satisfied with the repairs nor did he involve himself in the repair process to guarantee the work was being done.( he even tried to get my parents to pay for half the cost of repair!) After reading these reviews, I expected the best but that's not what my family paid for! Do your research before hiring someone to wash your home. I'm sure the owner of AWU wouldn't accept this service on his own house.

"This washing job was done completed in July 2 years ago so we are not quite sure why a review was left today. We do not pressure wash the siding or gutters on home but rather "soft wash" them. We only pressure wash concrete, brick and decks. The aluminum trims on older homes sometimes is weathered by its age and the paint may start to come off on rare occasion. Unfortunately this was the case with your parents. Anyone who washed this home would have encountered the same issue. We stand behind out work and made it right at our cost. We are a cleaning company and not a repair company. We called a painter who came out and looked at the job and he suggested replacing the aluminum were the paint was effected instead of painting it and your parents agreed. We then contacted a company who does that type of work and with your parents approval contacted them to do the work at 100% of the cost to our company. Contractors schedule out week,s if not months, in advance and no matter how many calls they can do the work when they can get it in their schedule. We are sorry it took the contractor so long to replace the trims that needed it. We stand behind our work and we carry a full line of insurance unlike most people who wash houses."

I found All Washed Up on Angie's List and decided to give them a try due to their excellent ratings. David was easy to work with on the phone and had them do an estimate that day. There wasn't much to that process. So far as we can tell they drove by slowly in a van just to get a look at the house. I was sent an estimate in my email and was able to approve it online. I was surprised to not hear back from them in the next few business days, but when I called to check on it David was very helpful and we had them scheduled to do the work within a few days from that time. The crew was very professional and courteous. Overall the process did not take long, maybe a few hours for all three services combined (siding, gutters, and windows). There was a mix-up where they had washed only the exterior of the gutters and not the interior, but with one phone call to David that was straightened out and they took care of it the next morning. It was an honest mistake, and they were very apologetic for it. Now for the bad. This isn't really their fault, but I wanted to mention a warning to anyone having their exterior windows washed. Make 100% sure that you know EXACTLY how water tight they are. We have three downstairs that were installed by a previous owner. We've never had issues with them leaking, even in heavy rains, so we assumed they were as water tight as any. Never assume anything. Direct pressure from washing is much different than rains, where the roof and gutters redirect the bulk of the water. When they went to wash those, water started pouring in. I had a puddle in the floor, water all over my kids' toys, and water all in our laundry/workbench area. All of this is in a finished basement. From that point on it was a nightmare running back and forth trying to find towels and checking every window to make sure nothing was coming in. Even the newer ones upstairs leaked a bit, and the front door had a puddle. When it was at its worst I asked the guys to hold off on certain areas and they kindly obliged. They are not liable, however, for whether your home leaks. So make sure to be proactive about it. All of that to say, their work is of good quality and the crew is easy to work with. Just make sure you're there when the work is performed and/or that your house won't leak. Also, don't be afraid to go around checking as the work is being performed. They won't be offended. The kids even thought it was fun.

I called to schedule. David visited to give estimate. A few days later, All Washed Up came and completed the service within 1 1/2 hour. They were self-contained, no waste or debris left behind. The gutters & siding look great!

Mr Hamel came the day I called & gave an estimate. I told him I wanted it done the next week ( this was Friday.) He called Monday and said he could work it in that day. The crew came about 1:00 and did excellent job.

There was water that went into the inside of my walls from the window cleaning. They said the drains were blocked, and that I should have opened those. I countered that they should have told me to look for that, or they should have checked before they started! After they left, it was evident that their chemicals had poisoned my shrubs, and I had to go through a year of back and forth to get their insurance to cover the damage to my shrubs. I am pleased with the conclusion with the insurance, but I will not use them again.

Work done over a week's time due to weather (rain/wind). Excellent job on pressure washing deck! Upper (2nd fl) windows left with chemical residue, which will be very difficult to clean.
