"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

"They completed the  job on schedule and the roof looked beautiful.  A year later, we have had squirrels entering into our attic due the roofer not sealing where  the eves and the garage roof meet.  Come to find out my neighbor, who had used and recommend Parker Contracting had the same issue.  My neighbor has had numerous  of issues with their new roof and the company.  We've only have had this one issue and my husband was able to seal the roof together.

"Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."
