"This worked out great. Richard followed up on my request right away and set up an appountment for the following day. He said to buy the locks I want (he made some brand recommmendations) and he would work with whatever choices I wanted. When he arrived I actually had additional locks I was hoping to install, along with a keypad lock and he not only had no problem with the change in plans but took the time to explain everything he was doing and why (some damage to the doors required a change of plans). He took his time, listened to my requests and did great work. Overall this was fast, friendly service and I felt his price was very fair. Would 100% use Richard again without hesitation."

We had a very tight schedule and they met it.
The installations were done beautifully.  I was personally home for the door installation (the windows were done on a separate day) and I can tell you that the two guys paid alot of attention to all the details, tested the door, cleaned the door, swept up after themselves, etc.  They were very courteous throughout.
I am SO happy with my new windows.  3 of them were straight-up replacements. And never have I had windows that slid up and down so well.  And the 4th was a replacement of my kitchen over-the-sink window with a window that cranks open.  It is lovely.  It is a huge window, but even my 9 year old can crank it open and closed.
I am already planning on calling them again for several more windows and would recommend them to anyone.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I had them move my craft room with several cabinets, book shelves and many cabinets from my townhouseâ s 3rd floor to the second floor sun room and move a very heavy wooden futon, end tables and lamps up to the 3 rd floor. Austin went way beyond what was asked. He fixed doors on cabinets that were loose and crooked (because I put the together many years ago𠤣) he kept rearranging the furniture until I was happy with it. He took an old dining room table that was sitting in my sunroom for quite a while because I could not manage to get it down stairs. "They came out and fixed my problem.  Their price was fair.  The garage door has not broken since.  He called two to three times to say that he was running late.  It was 8 o’clock when he got here and there was no additional charge.  I had the door fixed so that I can have the car parked in that garage.  I would rate them B because he was so late.  The quality of work he did is good.  It did not need any rework.  When I called I was answered by a human being immediately.  Their response to my call was good, but he turned up late.  He was professional.  I was satisfied with what he did though he was late.  He was professional and he checked the other garage door to make sure everything was working fine."
