Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."

"They arrived within the stated two hour window of time.  Verified measurements taken prior to purchase with that of the windows provided.  Quickly and professionally replaced the four windows.  No mess to clean up, no faults at all were  detected with the entire process. "After a ridiculous estimate from a prior contractor, whom I fired, I called G&G and another local company.  Both came out for estimates as scheduled.  G&Gs estimate was a hair higher, but I felt more comfortable with them than the other company.
Amanda was easily reachable and everything was easily scheduled around my personal schedule.
The crew arrived early the day of the job and promptly began to work.  They didn't mind at all that I watched, as I wanted to see the damaged plywood they'd be removing.  The main roof was completed in a day.  The sunroof roof and gutters were completed the next day.  Due to weather, the shutters were installed on the third day.  A few bits and pieces of the sunroof work were left behind, but nothing to complain about.
Although the other estimate for the main roof was a tad higher than the other company, the sunroom roof and gutter prices easily made up for it.  They also sent out a guy to pressure wash the house after the work was complete....fabulous!!!
I look forward to working with them again on further projects...and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.
