"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

"My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. We're very happy with the installation and can already tell a difference during rain events. Dustin and crew were very professional and cleaned up well after the installation. "The tecnichian arrived on time and performed the services as expected.  had a problem with the drill he was using to drill the holes along the foundation walls for the termite treatments.  part of the problem was our outside outlets had previously tripped the GFCI breaker and we didn't know it.

"The brick foundation had settled at a corner of my house causing mortar to break and a few bricks were broken.  The crack was about 3/4 inch wide.  Five holes were dug about 2 feet deep and jacks were installed to jack the brick siding back  in place.  Once the brick siding was in place cement was injected to hold the brick in place.  The broken bricks were replaced. The lintel over the garage door, door and window were replaced.  The mortar that was damaged on the house was removed and re-pointed.  The Hipp Masonry crew were polite.  They did excellent work.  The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and after the job was completed.
