Excellent work in our previously flooding basement, installing a sump pump and drainage system in our basement. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and had the right tools to be efficient, they had very good communication skills to explain their process and what they discovered about the original construction and condition of the cement floor and cinder lock walls. We are hiring them for other projects in our house, and have already referred others to Basement Solutions, LLC.

Scott came and inspected my gutters and told me that the gutters were already clean. He could have easily waited a few hours and charge me the full amount. Instead, he was completely honest about it and charged me a minimal amount for the job. I greatly respect him for that and highly recommend him.
