When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"The crew from Upgrade Remodeling did an excellent job in transforming an aging outdated bathroom into a modern fully functional bathroom. The work they complete was a total transformation of our bathroom. This included turning the bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower, a new vanity with much more room than the original, a new toilet, new mirror, stylish light, new towel racks, and a new floor. The work also included complete removal of very ugly 70s green wall tile and complete paint job including ceiling. All this in two days. The crew also provided shielding from dirt and dust. When the crew left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful new bathroom."

"It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. I had just moved into my new home and had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. I ran out of propane and needed to have the tanks filled. The company came out to fill the tanks, but did not turn the gas on. No hot water, no cooking. They would not be out in my area (King George) until the following week. I was referred to Rescue 1 Plumbing and Gas. Larry Counts was on time, professional, honest and upfront about costs for the repairs.I called him on a Friday evening, and he was at my house to turn the gas on Saturday morning. Six days before the other guys could/would come out. It was quick and painless. And called the next day to make sure all was well. While he was here, we addressed the plumbing issues I was having. He came back a few days later to fix those issues. (It was a minor rebuild on a toilet and replaced a water pipe under my kitchen sink.) He was on time, professional, and honest. I plan on using this company for all my plumbing and gas needs for the future. I recommend Rescue 1 Plumbing and Gas to all my friends.
