"I claimed one of the “2 Toilet Tune-Up” Angi’s special with 4 Service Pros (Snell). When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."

"Arrived on time as stated; cleaned-up afterwards. Appointment for estimate was good & professional. The day of the install, everything went as we expected it to go. The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. Cost wise I thought the install was pricey, but it did rate in the same range as others, so for the work performed it was normal for the industry. Love the new organized look & can't wait to get everything organized to go back in the closets & make use of them."

I trusted his expertise on dimensions and they ended up being perfect. I love that the shelves are adjustable so you don't feel like you are locked into a permanent decision. He gave us our quote very quickly and he was very responsive whenever we reached out. Zack, the installer was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still completed the job promptly. "Had a great experience with Chris Kuper at Basement Detective! My basement flooded from non-stop storms and I needed a sump pump installed along with complete renovation of my basement. They were very competitive in pricing and outstanding in results. Chris even helped coordinate with the contractor doing my basement renovation after the sump was installed to make sure none of the drainage was disturbed by the new work being done. I have since weathered at least 3 large storms and can hear the sump working as needed. Very happy with the results!"

"Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."

The crew was awesome - they showed up when they said they were going to show up, did what they said they were going to do, and fixed a few little things that we requested without any fuss. They were in and out in 2 weeks when the other contractors said 1-2 months. Literally our only regret was that we wasted so much time with flaky contractors before finding these guys. We'll definitely be repeat customers!"

"Great MLM did the roof installation. Everything worked out very well on time all aspects of the installation met my expectations. In addition, we had a gutter installation and gutter guards . Modifications were needed all went well on time follow up professional service. I would use MLM for further work and also would recommend them to friends and family"

"Mr. Reinallt did an excellent job painting the dark paneling and caulking the cracks in the trim so they would not be visible. It took two coats and much attention to detail of the trim. He also moved the desk and most of the book cases by himself, into the center of the room and then back out. All I had to do was to take out the heavy books. He is polite, clean, professional, and on time. This is the second job he has done for me, and I am so happy I have a reliable painter. He said he could install some LED ceiling lights for me also so I am having him do a third job."
