We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "I hired this company to widen my driveway after it was complete it looked very nice but then I do not do asphalt so what do I know. We were told not to drive or park on it for (4) days which we did and the wheels on the vehicles put ruts in the asphalt. I called Cooper and they sent the owners son by and all he kept saying was the area which was widened had VIRGIN SOIL that is why the ruts were created. Well now I still have the ruts but I noticed the joints where the new met the old was never joined according to another company I consulted. Cooper said they would come back in the fall but I have not seen them since. I WOULD definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR."
