"They are great. They came in to finish the job after I had lost confidence and fired the great big company that I hired first. Unlike the great big company, they did not try to hard sell me a $35,000 complete sewer replacement with scare tactics. Unlike the great big company, they had a high def camera that accurately assessed the situation. The great big company had a very low rez camera, and claimed our entire line had large areas of complete corrosion (it didn't). Unlike the great big company, they didn't excavate long sections of our concrete slab (and ruin the entire floor in a whole room) - instead they dug small holes in our slab to replace sewer line in sections, and slid the new pipes under the intact slab. Much better! Unlike the great big company, they listened to our needs and future plans and adapted their work to it. They took special care with things they didn't have to. They suggested really smart things that hadn't occurred to us - specifically, adding an exterior clean out instead of replacing the line all the way to the street, which according to their superior camera was in surprisingly good shape considering its age. They were prompt, polite, and responsive. Highly, highly recommend, especially since we have very specific points of comparison between them and the great big company."
