"The owner Justin came to my house to give an estimate and he was easy to talk to. He was down to earth and I was able to ask every reasonable and unreasonable question I had. His office manager Jess answered all my questions through email courteously when I had them. The crews were quick, responsive, and careful in my home, especially around my curious dog. I asked for a very elaborate and difficult herringbone tile backsplash. The team handled its tediousness beautifully. The estimate was much lower than another company I had researched. I plan to use Adam contracting next year to replace my roof ... yes, they do that, too!"

Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. Exterior Waterproofing Experts performs excellent work and engages with the home owner like no other contractor that I have experienced. "The Cypress Home Construction did my home addition on the top and rear, as well as renovation for the existing rooms with bathroom addition. The business owner Michelle leaded the crew team to complete the addition job to our expectation with some items exceeding the expectation such as the large arch-bay window and brick matching to the existing brick wall. The existing bricks are out of dated, no longer in production. They did extra works by searching the possible database nation wide to find one inventory with the leftover bricks to ship from other state. The final result is finished with no visible difference between the old and new bricks. Michelle would go extra miles to accommodate customer’s needs and expectations. She is attentive on details without missing a single item. This construction company also did a good post-construction service. For the minor remedy, we called them, they came out to fix any imperfections."
