I decided to use a composite material for the decking material, and he did a fantastic job on installing. He also did a little extra work with loading, hauling, and spreading rock under the deck to help the drainage problem. He is spontaneous, cleans and clear the work area every day, and a down right good guy to work with. "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Dave Garrett did an on-site evaluation and estimate on Wednesday, June 17th to: (1) repair four buckled boards on my Trex deck; (2) raise a side of the deck that had fallen because of poor workmanship by the original deck builder; and (3) remove old caulk and apply new caulk to a part of the gutter that had been leaking. I was amazed at the very reasonable cost of the estimate and when he said he could do the job on the next Friday - two days later! Dave has good customer service skills and appears to be a very competent craftsman. He did the least expensive repair. My wife and I were amazed at the super job he did! He followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We gave Dave a tip to express our satisfaction with his work. I give Garrett Group my highest recommendation."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!
