"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"I received 3 quotes to repair my deck. It was tipping to one side. Deciding factors for choosing with King Construction were: lowest price; contractor came to my home to see the damage to the deck (…others gave quotes based on pictures alone); he showed me precisely where the damage was by removing one if the columns. The contractor’s quote was based on physical evaluation of the deck…not just on pictures. The whole process was detailed and professional. The final “icing on the cake” was the work performance. The deck was repaired using the required structural items that should have been used in the first place and in the proper manner to sustain the deck. All was done in a professional manner. "In October 2014 Mr. Lazo came to look at the task at hand. I showed him what I wanted done and he pointed out a couple of wood rot problems that I had not noticed. Once we finished the walk around, he prepared a detailed proposal - before leaving.
I had also talked with another contractor about the same work. They took several days to prepare a proposal, and when I e-mailed with a specific question the reply I got (from the other company, not George's painting) was not satisfactory.
George mobilized his crew, and they were on the site at 7AM. Because there was rain in the forecast, he brought in a larger crew than original discussed, and was able to finish the job quicker than originally scheduled. The work was great, they carefully cleaned up and  left the house and yard in excellent shape.
I had specifically asked that they not touch one side of the garage because of some carpentry work that needed to be done - I was planning to do it. I was so pleased with the work that they did on the house and the rest of the garage that I asked George to give me a quote for doing the carpentry work on the garage. I liked the price and I decided to have him do it. The carpenter came out today Nov 12th - 7AM again, and took care of the carpentry work and painted it.
I am pleased with the work that George's Painting has done, and would expect to contact Mr. Lazo again in the future if I need interior painting or other painting or carpentry work. I don't expect to be needing any exterior painting.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
