"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. During Covid he built us a 2 car detached garage and we had such a great experience that when we decided to finish our basement we didn't call anyone else. Kevin met with us and provided us a quote to finish our basement and we decided right then that we were ready to move forward. Kevin was very professional and thorough and always kept us informed of our basement project every step of the way. Whenever we would have any questions he was very prompt with getting back to us and answering our questions. He started on our basement on time and finished on time. The family room area looks amazing. He had great ideas for a snack bar that we hadn't thought about and are so glad that we ended up adding it. It's so nice now to be watching tv and be able to walk over to the snack bar and grab a soda out of the fridge or put a bag of popcorn in the microwave and not have to run upstairs. The granite counter top for the snack bar looks great! We also added two cabinets and fridge under the counter. We also had a full bathroom added and the tile work turned out amazing. The whole bathroom looks great! When Kevin saw our basement and all my holiday decor and craft supplies he realized that I really needed a place to organize and store all this stuff. He was able to build me a closet that maximized the space and I was able to get all my "stuff" in there. We are looking at remodeling our master bathroom and kitchen in a couple years and we won't be wasting our time looking for any other contractors. Kevin will be the person we call."
